Deep Tissue / Swedish Blend

60 minutes: $70
90 minutes: $90
120 minutes: $120

Medium to heavy massage focused on working all layers of muscle tissue. Areas needing to be worked are addressed in order of importance, per clients wishes, but often times the client tells me what they're feeling and I develop the plan of action for the massage... Promotes hypremia, muscle hydration, and often times utilizes isolated muscle stretching to bring about long term joint and muscular health. Perfect massage for chronic pain, athletic injuries, pre-emptive maintenance or clients wanting long term relaxation and a better quality of life. This option is the most common and is often performed to alleviate pain and tight muscles in any and all areas that may be affecting range of motion or causing joint or nerve pain. Whether it's job-related repetitive motion, postural or athletic issues, this is the perfect massage to get to the bottom of it.

Pelvic Analysis for Lowback pain

90 minutes: $90

Do you suffer from LOW BACK PAIN...? Chances are, your pelvis is misaligned due to postural imbalances.  In this massage treatment, I will begin with a postural assessment where I'll take measurements of your hips and pelvis in several directions as well as measuring the legs and shoulders. I will then chart the measurements and after analysis, develop a treatment plan to begin realignment. The treatment focuses on not only relieving tension from hypertonic muscles or muscle groups that may be pulling you into poor posture, but also education... Explaining possible postural hazards in your daily life that may be perpetuating the problem. Along with the hands on work and educating you on potential postural hazards, teaching you particular exercises and stretches will complete the treatment for each session. The severity of low back problems varies from client to client, but in my experience, positive results during the first massage happen in almost all cases.  Continued treatment is truly the answer for correcting your posture, realigning your pelvis, and improving the quality of your life. Schedule today to finally get some relief from your low back pains.

Integrative Reflexology

60 minutes: $70

Integrative Foot Reflexology is a type of bodywork that has been traced back to as early as 4,000 BC in both China and Egypt and has been spreading around the globe with science to back it up ever since. It focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet that correlate to different parts of the body, including muscles, glands and organs. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet though over 7,200 nerve endings. Unlike a foot massage that intends to relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize the entire body.  Reflexology has been found to be highly effective for digestive issues, allergies, headaches, depression and can create a wonderful systemic relaxation of the body similar to a full body massage. The session begins with a 10 to 15 minute Epsom salt foot soak and complimentary hand massage, followed by 45 minutes of foot reflexology. The result..... full body relaxation and body harmonization. This is truly an incredible treatment and in my experience with receiving (and providing) many massages, Reflexology is the single most relaxing of all the modalities I provide. Come in today and start adding some relaxation in your life!
